Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your primary responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and keep merchandise displays organized.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Report product feedback, inventory issues, and operational concerns to management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain cash handling processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
