Job Description

Join ALDI as a Store Associate and be part of a dynamic team responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Working collaboratively with ALDI, you'll elevate the customer shopping experience through exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves neatly.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and procedural issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Efficiently operate a cash register.
• Safely operate equipment and maintain cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
