Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Store Associate. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team. As a Full-Time position, you will work an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide excellent customer service.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and issues to management.
- Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older with strong customer service skills.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and in a team efficiently.
