Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Associate to join ALDI and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and uphold company standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses and adhere to company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Ability to use store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
