Job Description

We are looking for a Store Management Trainee to join Aldi, where you will embark on a comprehensive training program to prepare you for successfully managing a store. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staffing needs, and implementing operational strategies while fostering team development.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily store activities to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Understand and communicate company values to promote teamwork.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and operational plans effectively.
  • Conduct trainings, evaluations, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain store standards, merchandising, and inventory levels.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience with prior management experience preferred.
  • High school diploma preferred; equivalent education and experience accepted.
  • Ability to lead a team, provide excellent customer service, and adhere to company policies.
  • Proficient in operating store equipment and handling cash transactions.
  • Willingness to travel and train at different locations when required.
