Store Management Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join Aldi as a Store Management Trainee. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively manage a store. You will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, maintaining high levels of customer service, managing staffing requirements, and developing operational strategies. Additionally, you will mentor and lead a team towards achieving store goals.

Earning Potential Year 1

Up to $105,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus, location-dependent)

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to ensure top-notch customer service
• Implement company strategies and values to foster teamwork
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain store appearance and product quality
• Participate in the hiring and training of store personnel
• Manage schedules and staffing levels efficiently
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
• Monitor and achieve store budgets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated leadership and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of retail management principles
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Flexibility to travel for training purposes
