Store Management Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join Aldi as a Store Management Trainee. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for leading your own store. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staffing needs, developing operational plans, and mentoring your team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 45 hours
• Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
• Year 1 Earning Potential: Up to $105,000 (inclusive of salary and bonuses)

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Demonstrated skills in customer service, leadership, and communication.
• Experience in retail is preferred, with management experience a plus.
