Job Description

We are looking for a driven individual to join ALDI as a Store Management Trainee. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training on all aspects of effectively managing a store, preparing you to take on a leadership position within the company. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and implementing operational strategies to drive store performance.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 45 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $30.00 per hour
  • Estimated Year 1 Earnings: Up to $119,000 (including salary and bonuses, location-dependent)

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise team performance to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Maintain store signage, product quality, and freshness.
  • Manage staffing schedules and conduct hiring processes.
  • Develop and communicate performance expectations to team members.
  • Implement operational procedures to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated customer service and leadership skills.
  • Experience in retail management is preferred.
