We are hiring a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your role will involve collaborating with the Aldi team to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Assist in inventory management and monitoring

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• High School Diploma or equivalent
