Job Description
We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Merchandise products, operate the cash register, and maintain cleanliness.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, work as a team, and communicate effectively with management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, report issues, and follow company policies.
- Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate equipment efficiently.
- High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
