Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized and customers receive exceptional service. In this position, you will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to merchandise products, handle cash transactions, and maintain a clean shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide courteous and prompt customer service, assisting shoppers as needed.
• Work with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in inventory management and contribute feedback on products and store operations.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and confidential shopping experience.
• Perform general cleaning duties and uphold store cleanliness standards.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
