Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is merchandised, stocked, and maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and processing transactions.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with care and attention to detail.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring accurate inventory.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer inquiries effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work both independently and in a team environment.
