Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week, starting at $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and help ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash handling procedures and company policies.
• Operate equipment such as a cash register, floor scrubber, and baler.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
