Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products, operate the cash register, and maintain cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with excellent communication skills.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and follow instructions efficiently.
• Knowledge of handling and selling alcoholic beverages in compliance with state regulations.
