Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandise stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to cash policies, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
