Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring excellent customer service. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
