Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a vital member of the store, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, customer assistance, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and uphold cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, prioritize safety and security, and carry out assigned tasks diligently.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years old to work at ALDI.
• Proficiency in customer service, cash handling, and equipment operation.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently or within a team, and adapt to a dynamic retail environment.
• High school diploma preferred; prior retail experience beneficial.
