Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of the store staff, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service. Your role will involve collaborating with team members and management to maintain a high standard of store operations.
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with team members and report issues to management.
- Adhere to company policies, handle cash transactions, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Perform general cleaning duties and participate in store inventory counts.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Capacity to work independently or within a team.
- Prior experience in retail is a plus.
