Job Description

We are hiring a Store Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and provide feedback to store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash handling policies, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate clearly, and work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience desirable.
