Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's operations by merchandising products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in your daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment responsibly.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
