Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service and maintaining a well-stocked and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members to communicate effectively and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring the security and confidentiality of data.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
