Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service. From merchandising to cashiering, you will ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service.
• Stock shelves, clean, and maintain product displays.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring store security and confidentiality.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate equipment responsibly.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
