Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the team. This is a full-time position with the average hours ranging from 32 to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
• Assist customers with shopping by processing purchases and providing excellent service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Take inventory counts following guidelines and ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and perform various physical tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
