Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, supporting customer service, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products to keep shelves organized.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and work in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset.
