Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a vital part of store operations, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain clean store areas, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with management.
  • Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security protocols.
  • Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting merchandise.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
