Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a pleasant shopping experience for customers by assisting with merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will collaborate with team members to uphold ALDI's high standards and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Assist in inventory management and monitoring product accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
