We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, stocking, and cleaning duties efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory, provide feedback on products, and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail work experience is advantageous.
