Job Description
We are looking for a diligent Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide top-notch customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members.
- Report inventory issues, customer feedback, and operational concerns to management.
- Follow cash handling policies, maintain inventory accuracy, and comply with company protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to offer prompt and friendly customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Experience in retail and familiarity with standard procedures preferred.
- Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
