Job Description

We are looking for a diligent Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide top-notch customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Report inventory issues, customer feedback, and operational concerns to management.
  • Follow cash handling policies, maintain inventory accuracy, and comply with company protocols.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to offer prompt and friendly customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Experience in retail and familiarity with standard procedures preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
