Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer shopping experience through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills while providing exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in inventory management, cash handling, and adherence to company policies.
• Perform physical tasks including stocking shelves and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is beneficial.
