Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store. Your role will play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers and working collaboratively with the Aldi team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as shelving products and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of following company policies, communicating effectively, and working in a team environment.
• Prior work experience in retail preferred.
