Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide outstanding customer service.
• Perform cashiering, stocking, and cleaning duties efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, minimize losses, and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
