Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and providing top-notch customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
