As a Store Operations Assistant at Aldi, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers competitive pay starting at $17.50 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Good verbal and written communication skills
