Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, cashier, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and efficiency.
• Participate in inventory management and assist with store operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to handle physical demands of the job.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
