Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of the store operations, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a neat merchandise display.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
