Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills standards.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with colleagues and management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements.
- Assist with store inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols diligently.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Experience in retail and operating cash registers preferred.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
