Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of in-store tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain security and confidentiality, and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or within a team.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
