Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position involves merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. As a Store Associate, you will collaborate with team members and report directly to the store management team.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Work with the team to monitor inventory accuracy and report any issues.
  • Operate cash registers and equipment efficiently and follow company policies.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work both independently and in a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
