Join Aldi as a Store Operations Assistant and play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. As a Full-Time Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to ensure a top-notch shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in taking store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash policies, company procedures, and uphold document security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to operate store equipment efficiently and safely.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
