Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
• Process customer purchases and provide top-notch customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
