Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and customers receive top-notch service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and follow company cash-handling policies.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 45 pounds and moving merchandise.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work well in a team setting and follow company guidelines.
