Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the store is well-organized, fully stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. As a Store Operations Assistant, you will collaborate with team members, assist customers, and uphold the company's standards.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain displays, and ensure the store looks inviting.
• Provide courteous and efficient customer service during shopping experiences.
• Operate a cash register accurately and handle transactions promptly.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a secure and efficient store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
