Job Description

We are hiring a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a welcoming environment for our customers. In this position, you will engage with customers, handle transactions, restock shelves, and contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain store appearance.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining inventory accuracy and handling cash transactions.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
