Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team in enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a Full-Time Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform cashiering, stocking, and general cleaning duties.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
