Join the ALDI team as a Store Operations Assistant where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the store's operations. Responsibilities
- Stock merchandise, cashier, and maintain the cleanliness of the store.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers throughout their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding store operations.
- Contribute to the maintenance of inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Prior retail experience and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
