Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining a visually appealing store, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. As a valued team member, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves.
• Handle cashier responsibilities efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and stock monitoring.
• Follow cash handling procedures to ensure security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
