Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store runs smoothly and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Perform general cleaning duties and ensure the store looks its best at all times.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
