Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Working closely with the Aldi team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks
• Stock shelves, merchandise products, and maintain displays
• Provide top-notch customer service and assistance
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and cash handling
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Customer service and cash register experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
