Job Description

As a Store Operations Assistant at Aldi, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team, demonstrate professionalism, and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate Aldi's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
  • Follow established company procedures and policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and follow company policies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
