We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a key member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Execute daily store operations in compliance with company standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
